Also in the cottage is a first floor kitchen, dining room and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Kempton is a delightful cottage with stunning views over the lakes. Property requires a good housekeeping bond of £180. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Local bus service to offer wider access to Lake District and local taxi service available. Only 1 approx a 10 minute walk to Lake Windermere. Fantastic location a short walk to lots of great bars & restaurants and beautiful lake walks . Accommodation is comfortable but needs a little tlc downstairs to bring up to standard of upstairs.

The upstairs living space is excellent and provides a lovely evening retreat to a high standard. The TV should you want is a top of the range which is unusual. Seperate dining area too for the perfect end to a days walking.
Perfectly situated just far enough out of Bowness to avoid the weekends noisy activities but close enough to join in.
