The living areas in the ground-floor apartment consist of an open-plan kitchen/ diner with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and nespresso Vertuo machine, wine cooler, a sitting area with a TV and DVD player and a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and king-size both with TV’s, balconies, and en-suite shower rooms. There is a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside there is a balcony and secure, gated underground parking is available for two cars. You'll find a shop, pub and the beach in 0.1 miles. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, tea towels and towels are all included in the price. 13 Cliff Edge is the perfect dwelling for a beach escape to Cornwall. Note: There is a safe in the super-king-size bedroom. Note: No barbecues. Note: Bicycle shed and outside shower for wetsuits and surf boards.
