4 Adults, 6 Children, 1 Infant July 9th-July 12th 2026The location of this property is fantastic. Minutes away via walking to the beach, close to the casino, in a wonderful neighborhood where deer roam. It is a very peaceful and relaxing location. You can hear the waves from the house and smell the ocean. Getting to the property is a very easy drive, however, the driveway is a little bit of an issue. We use larger vehicles, one a Transit van and the other a Dodge Diesel 2500. The driveway has a very narrow spot to try and navigate the larger vehicles. I am sure a regular four door sedan wouldn't have an issue, but we had a very large group this stay. I highly recommend being more specific on the driveway situation on the listing as it could be an issue for future guests.The house was nice and clean, no complaints or concerns there. Future guests, I recommend bringing some sort of spray cleaner as the house has things like brooms, a vacuum, and towels, but no spray cleaner for the counters or anything. We made due with just hot water, but I wanted to do a better clean up during the stay and as we were leaving.The only amenity that was not working was the dryer. I did not reach out to the host to get this corrected as we were not overly concerned about it, but I did reach out as we were checking out to let them know that it was not functioning properly and they wrote back immediately and said it would get looked at.I have more to say, but text limit. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

The grill was dirty. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and grounds. 6 towels for 8 people. The dryer didn’t work had to go to the laundry mat to dry towels. The floors and chairs were sticky. Had to clean before we unloaded for our stay. Other than that the house is beautiful and the view was amazing. Definitely needs a better cleaning person and maintenance person.
