The Space:

The Old Shippon, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for two guests, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedroom is king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a garden with a patio, picnic benches, bike storage available and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Enjoy the nature in the Peak District at your romantic escape to The Old Shippon. Note: This property is strictly adults only as not suitable for babies or children due to the working farm. Note: This property is on Blaze farm, which is open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive



The Neighborhood:

Sutton is a picturesque village at the eastern end of Sutton Broad, just south of the market town of Stalham, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. The local pub is the Sutton Saithe Hotel, set beside the River Ant, which flows downstream to Barton Broad, How Hill and Ludham Bridge, through some of the most beautiful Norfolk Broads scenery, and there is a garden centre and a pottery in the village. At nearby Stalham is the popular Museum of the Broads. Just outside the village is Sutton Mill, a restored 18th-century windmill which rises to a remarkable 9 stories in height. Norwich lies further afield, a wonderful fusion of the modern and historic, one complementing the other. Like any great city its centre is easy to walk around and boasts a river at its heart.
