The Beach House in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, sleeps fifteen in seven bedrooms.
The Space:
The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room, and a conservatory, with appliances including a gas Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, PlayStation, a selection of games, a pool table, and an ice hockey table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, balcony and en-suite, two further king-size with TV, one of which has an en-suite, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, two twins, and a ground-floor triple room with en-suite, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, an enclosed rear garden with patio, Astroturf, fire pit and furniture, and a gated driveway for six cars. One well behaved dog welcome with no charge. Second or third dog can be requested. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a stairgate is available. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles and the beach in 0.1 miles. The Beach House is a fabulous base for exploring Denbighshire. Note: Please contact the owner for further pets. Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am.
The Neighborhood:
The quaint town of Prestatyn, one of the many well-known coastal destinations along the lovely North Wales coastline, provides four miles of golden sand spread between three fantastic beaches, all of which are perfect for family enjoyment. The town is the ideal starting point for bikers and walkers, and there are designated bike paths that follow the lovely coastline. In addition, there is a Roman bathhouse in the town, as well as the beginning of the 8th-century Offa's Dyke Pathway, and the Clwydian Hill Range is close by. Learn about the stunning Snowdonia National Park, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, the Conwy, Rhuddlan, and Denbigh Castles, or the magnificent shopping and architecture of old Chester. a wonderful setting for the whole family!
