The Space:

Note: We’d like to kindly let our guests know that all bookings must begin on a Friday.This helps us manage changeovers smoothly and ensure the best possible experience for everyone staying with us. Seagrass consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, dining space, and sitting area with woodburning stove, plus first-floor games room. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed patio and lawn with hot tub, barbecue, and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Please note: a gardener will be on site every Friday. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and included. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. The Neighborhood:

Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
