The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.6 miles, beach 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the coast of Gwynedd with a stay at Woodland Roost. The small coastal village of Llanaber lies between one of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth, and the World Heritage Site of Harlech, all surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park. Llanaber overlooks beautiful Cardigan Bay and the Llyn Peninsula beyond and is home to the historic 13th century St Mary & St Bodfan church. This is a renowned location for wonderful beaches, fishing, golf, walking, sailing, cycling, mountain biking and horse riding and has ready access to mountains, steam railways, slate quarries and a variety of historic castles. The traditional seaside town of Barmouth boasts an enormous sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families.
