The Space:

The living areas in this three-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, woodburning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link), and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with bench, a rear decked terrace with furniture, and a local car parks in the area with permit parking, or the option of roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub and River Esk in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. Pipit House is well-positioned to enjoy a North Yorkshire escape. Note: £20 supplement per dog. Note: This property has two flights of steep stairs. Note: Dogs to be supervised when in the back garden please. Note: Check-in from 3:30pm, check-out by 10am. Note: No children under the age of 10.
