The Space:
This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a TV and electric fire stove, a utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a games room with pool table, telescope and selection of children’s books and games. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a double with en-suite cloakroom, a twin adult bunk, a triple bunk, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed decked terrace with furniture, a multi-level lawn, storage for bikes and surf boards in a courtyard and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Steep steps down from parking to house and house to garden are not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Bunk bed has double on the bottom and single on the top, so can sleep up to 3 guests. Note: This property requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £450 paid directly to the owner.

If you prefer the beach to boats, you can't do better than the stunning sands of Mothecombe and Bigbury, which are only a few miles away. Both can be reached from Newton Ferrers by car or boat.
