The 37m2 studio is located in a small condominium with an independent entrance.
The accommodation comprises:
- on the first floor: an open dressing room, shoe cabinet, cleaning space
- upstairs: the first floor is attic by a slightly steep staircase (see photo). A 160x200 bed, a television, a convertible 1-person bench seat, a shower room with toilet and washer-dryer, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar including a fridge, a 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, Nespresso and all the necessary crockery. Internet box.
This studio is NON-SMOKING.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, and the bed is made before your arrival.
Well-behaved pets are allowed, for an extra charge of 7€ per day.
