The Space:

Guests have full access to this comfortable single level apartment which features two well appointed bedrooms including one king bed and one double bed. The living room provides a relaxing space for unwinding after a day of exploring and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher oven and coffee maker for all your culinary needs. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and the home is complete with high speed wireless internet a dedicated laptop friendly workspace and laundry facilities. Guests also benefit from private entrance access, please note, there is paid parking in operation directly outside of the apartment.

Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
