The "Muschel" duplex apartment in Haus Berlin is located in the idyllic village of Loddin on the island of Usedom and features modern amenities and a spacious floor plan. This two-story residence is part of a well-maintained building constructed in 1996 and was last extensively renovated in 2025. With a total of 65 m² of living space, the apartment is ideal for up to four people, including two sleeping arrangements specifically designed for children, and thus offers families and couples a pleasant environment in which to relax.

The layout of the duplex apartment is designed for comfort: In addition to a separate bedroom with laminate flooring, you’ll find a light-filled living room with a cozy sofa area and other well-thought-out amenities such as a dresser, a vacuum cleaner, and complete privacy screens on all windows. In the dining area, you can enjoy convivial meals at the dining table—perfect even for longer stays.

The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic-glass cooktop with an electric oven, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, a wide range of kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware. This means you’ll be well-equipped if you’d like to cook for yourself. Thanks to the laminate flooring in the bedroom and living room, as well as the gas heating, you’ll enjoy a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower (shower with tub), a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer. Hot water is, of course, available. For maximum convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use. Practical amenities such as a clothes rack and trash cans are also provided.

The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax outdoors—both offer a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The property is situated on a spacious lot of approximately 3,000 m² and is surrounded by forest, which is particularly appealing to guests seeking peace and quiet. Thanks to its secluded location and child-friendly atmosphere, this duplex is also highly recommended for families with children.

The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities: Restaurants are just a short walk away (about 100 m). The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about 3.7 km away—here you’ll find swimming and beach activities as well as areas for nude bathing. Loddin and its surroundings are popular with hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, and Nordic walkers. Fishing, rowing, and jogging are also great options in the area. The train station and a lake are each about 2.5 km away, and shopping is about 3.5 km away.

The Muschel duplex apartment is designed for guests who value comfort and a quiet, natural setting. Families with children are warmly welcome. Enjoy a carefree vacation in Loddin and be inspired by the diversity of the island of Usedom. Book your stay in this well-maintained and well-equipped maisonette apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: In the fall of 2026, the house will be covered in scaffolding due to new roofing work.
