Bring the whole crew to Water’s Edge, a spacious Lake Martin retreat designed for families and multi-family getaways. Sleeping 14 with 2 king suites, queen bedrooms and fun bunk spaces, there’s room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy a private dock for swimming and guest boats, peaceful water views, a screened porch and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space.

During your stay, the host and co-host are available and monitoring the messaging system from 7am until 10pm. Any messages received after hours will be promptly addressed first of the following day.

A unique access code will be sent 48 hours prior to your arrival. The code will become active at 4pm on check in date and inactive at check out time. If you have been given early access or late check out, please note the code will be extended for those times.

Water’s Edge was designed for groups who want plenty of time together without feeling crowded.

The main level features an open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, screened lakefront porch, primary suite and custom bunk space.

Upstairs, a second primary suite gives another couple their own retreat, while two additional queen bedrooms and additional bunks provide flexible sleeping for families. The upstairs game and sitting area gives kids and teens their own place to hang out.

Outside, enjoy peaceful Lake Martin views, a private dock with space to tie up your boat, swimming right from the property and plenty of room to relax between lake adventures.

Please note: The beach area across the slough is privately owned and is not part of the rental. Guests have direct lake access from our private dock for swimming, floating and boating. Please do not access the beach or use items belonging to the neighboring property.
