The flat is ideally located 10-15 minutes' walk from the Marais district, close to the recently renovated Place de la République, the Canal Saint-Martin and its many typically Parisian cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The district, popular with artists and designers, embodies the "BOBO" (Bohemian Bourgeois) style in a young, dynamic atmosphere.
