Excellent stay at the house. Host and property management were very responsive to our requests. We had a lovely time at the house. Really enjoyed the pool and convenience of being right on the beach! Would definitely stay at the property again.

We took 6 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect for us. We could have easily had 3 more with sleeping arrangements for 14. The 3 separate floors gave privacy for the 3 different families and the elevator was a huge plus for my mother in law who has a hard time with stairs. The pool looks small in pictures but it was absolutely perfect for our kids after a long day at the beach. The home is located right between 30A and PCB so we could easily get to restaurants and activities quickly. The Publix grocery store was also less than 10 minutes away. Communication was top notch with the management company who gave us all the information we needed 10 days prior to check in. We were even able to get into the house at 12p for a small additional fee that was well worth it!I highly recommend this home for anybody wanting to wake up right on the beach in a beautifully maintained and clean home. 10 out of 10 across the board!!
