The communication with the host was fantastic! Even when he purchased the home & we had to rebook with him, he was great, being very patient as we worked thru the process. We definitely had issues previously mentioned with the items that need TLC. We communicated them to the host, some of them being new issues & he plans to have a handyman to take care of them. A lot for a new owner to deal with. Only other issue was entering the gated community, which is no reflection on the host, but almost always had to wait (once even 15 minutes). The community security needs to make improvements with this. Overall, the stay was great! We had 21 people from grandma & grandpa (us) down to little ones. Our entire family was together for our bi-annual family reunion, coming from 5 different states. The game room & pool were a big hit with the grandkids!Thank you for a great family reunion!

Wonderful place for a large family or several families to gather together. A few TLC items here and there, but homeowner was gracious as we reported these upon finding as to not be put to blame. James just purchased the home and was kind to continue our booking and at the predetermined rate. Amazing communication and ease of transaction. Highly recommended. Would book again.

The pool could use some handrails going in and out , and with the hot tub other than that, the place was beautiful. It had a lot of little t.L c work that needed done , but for a new owner , wonderful place , they're very kind grateful people loved working with them

The house was great, the kids loved the game room and the host was super helpful
