A primary bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Third bedroom with a twin bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. Private front den with French doors and a sleeper sofa—great as an additional bedroom or flex space including a desk for remote work.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where a heated pool and spa invite you to unwind year-round. The outdoor space is designed for all-day enjoyment, featuring:

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



Conveniently situated in Naples Park, on the west side of the 600 block, your vacation rental is only 1 mile from the beach—perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides. Public daily parking lots are also nearby for easy beach access. Naples Park is a charming residential neighborhood, free from gated restrictions, allowing you to fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Explore Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato with Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's—all within a short distance.



Naples Park is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, and Uber and Lyft are easily accessible. The Fort Myers International Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive away. To fully explore the Naples area, we recommend renting a car or bringing your own



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
