The lakeshore and forest area are just around the corner. Two parking spaces are reserved for you and your guests on the property.



Upon entering, you step into a spacious hallway. From here, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the approximately 30 m² master bedroom with balcony and lake view. This beautiful room also features a reading corner with two comfortable armchairs and a fireplace. The open hallway connects to the sauna, bathroom, walk-in closet, and another small bedroom.



Back downstairs, a door leads you into a small hallway with a wardrobe. To the left is the large living room with fireplace, a cozy dining area, and an open kitchen. You also have a view down the private road to the lake. On the other side of the ground floor are two more bedrooms and a bright bathroom with natural light. From the living room, you can access the large terrace with the year-round heated whirlpool. The garden is also at your disposal.

Please note that leisure activities listed at the property refer to a radius of 500 meters. The approx. 30 m² master bedroom on the first floor is a highlight, offering a king-size bed with lake view, balcony, adjoining sauna, bathroom, and walk-in closet.
