Welcome to your Oakland home base. Designed for comfort, not just short visits.

This fully private 2-bedroom home in Bushrod is ideal for extended stays, whether you’re working remotely, relocating, or simply settling into the East Bay for a while. With fast fiber internet, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious backyard, you’ll have everything you need to live, work, and unwind.

Inside, the home features two comfortable bedrooms (one queen, one full), each with its own closet and dresser for easy storage during longer stays. The layout is simple and functional, with space to spread out without feeling crowded.

The 2nd bedroom includes a dedicated workspace with a monitor—perfect for remote work days—paired with reliable Sonic fiber internet to keep everything running smoothly. Feel free to move this to the kitchen if it better suits you!

Step outside and you’ll find one of the best parts of the home: a large, sunny backyard with a grassy lawn, a mature olive tree, and a back deck built for relaxing. The deck includes a gas fireplace, overhead heater, and string lights, making it usable year-round, whether you’re working outside during the day or winding down in the evening.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but you’re just minutes from some of the best spots in Oakland and Berkeley. College Ave, Temescal, Berkeley Bowl, Whole Foods, and BART are all within a 15 minute walk, making it easy to get around without sacrificing a peaceful home environment.

If you’re looking for a place that actually works for day-to-day living—not just a place to sleep—this is it.

Cheers!
