The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The beds (Queen 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. A baby cot is available for guests travelling with infants, providing added comfort and convenience during your stay.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
