Cecil'Ota is a house for you, your family, or friends to stay in a completely private setting (it's not a condominium). Just 1.5 km from the best beach in Porto Seguro (Taperapuan) and the attractions Axé Moi and Tôa Tôa, as well as banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and gyms. Strategically located near the highway, it facilitates travel to the airport and bus station, avoiding the traffic jams of the coastal area. Because it's located on higher ground, it also avoids the noise and flooding of the lower part. It has 2 bedrooms with split air conditioning and fans, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies for relaxing, a gourmet area with a built-in barbecue and another portable one, plus a new 6m swimming pool with jacuzzi and lighting. The backyard is large, with coconut and mango trees providing shade and hammocks, with ample space for camping. The house combines practicality and charm to make your holiday, weekend or vacation special.
