Our charming 40m2, modern and tastefully decorated apartment, is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the Jameson Distillery, the Guinness Storehouse, and Temple Bar.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large UK double sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a UK double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Smithfield is a vibrant neighbourhood on Dublin’s north side, centred around a large historic square that was once a busy 17th-century market. Today, it blends old and new, with cobbled streets, modern apartments, cafés, and cultural venues. It’s known for landmarks like the Jameson Distillery and the Lighthouse Cinema, and has a lively yet more relaxed atmosphere than nearby Temple Bar. Smithfield is ideal due to its walkability, Luas tram access, and proximity to the city centre and Phoenix Park. Visitors can enjoy food spots, pubs, and events in the square, while experiencing a more local side of Dublin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest LUAS station, Dominick (Green Line), is just a 9-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
