We had several issues during our stay. Overall cleanliness was somewhat lacking (fridge and freezer were not cleaned, with lots of food and liquid residue inside; sliding glass doors were covered in handprints; downstairs/outdoor shower was locked and had not been cleaned/full of bugs and cobwebs). Water heater was not functioning and the elevator did not work. The sofa had a broken leg and collapsed when we sat on it. Sloan Realty addressed the water heater and sofa issues by Saturday evening, but the elevator was not fixed until late Monday night. Dirty linen bags were piled in front of the main entrance and remained there until Monday afternoon (bags were leaking some type of liquid that looked like urine). We asked for some compensation for our troubles and Sloan Realty only offered 200 and made excuses for all of the other issues. Would not rent from them in the future.
