Studio Lindennest is a stylishly furnished, 30 m2 studio apartment on the 2nd floor of an eco-friendly building (completion in 2026). It is ideal for 1–2 people and is designed to be particularly allergy-friendly.

The apartment features a loft bed with under-bed storage, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a filter coffee maker and an espresso pot. Underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, an Ethernet cable, a TV, a washer with an integrated dryer, and a small workspace provide additional comfort. Self-check-in ensures a flexible and hassle-free arrival.

The location is central and well-connected: The town center of Waging am See is within walking distance, and the train station is just a one-minute walk away, offering regular service to and from Traunstein. The lake is accessible on foot or by bike. Shopping, cafes, and recreational activities are all nearby.

Please note: The studio is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The sleeping area is accessed via a loft bed, so guests must be sure-footed. A parking space is available right next to the house. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you refrain from hosting parties and smoke only outside the property.
