Located in Lemkendorf, directly across from the village pond, this 65-square-meter vacation rental with 3 rooms offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is a parking space right on the property, so it’s just a few steps to the entrance. Through a separate entrance, you enter the apartment via the hallway with a coat closet and then proceed into the open-concept kitchen. From here, doors lead to the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the main living area. One bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with a box-spring bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. This room also features a large closet. The bathroom has a nice shower, sink, and toilet. The large, privacy-screened window keeps the room beautifully bright. The living area features a large sofa corner with a flat-screen TV as well as a dining table. The large window offers a great view of the garden, and the glass door next to it provides access to the patio with outdoor furniture. The rear part of the property is completely fenced in, so any dog you bring along can roam freely.
A great central location for exploring the island of Fehmarn on foot, by bike, or by car.
