IMPORTANT: This property is not a tourist apartment or tourist accommodation. It is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental regime, for temporary stays of medium or long duration, in accordance with article 3.2 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Tenants must enter into a seasonal rental contract, indicating the duration and temporary reason for the stay.

Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of 1000 € will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
