Very easy entry, place was way nicer and cleaner than the common areas of the building. Probably the envy of that floor, it appeared to be one of the only 2 visibly recently remodeled apartments in view. Nicely appointed and very clean. Would definitely stay again.
Only drawbacks were lack of in-unit thermostat, and the tricky-to-operate shower valve. Thought shower was broken but was able to get it to function through persistent effort

The property is close and convenient to everything downtown. The apartment was spotless and very roomy and comfortable. It was the perfect spot to stay in Anchorage. We loved it!
