I like how close it was to downtown and the partying areas, also there was a fish taco shop right next to the location and it was really good fish tacos. Send people there. I also like the pool, balcony, and bed. The price was also fair.
The fridge was disgusting, something was rotten inside the freezer area of the fridge and it must have froze over so it just stunk up the fridge... bad, the entire fridge. The drawer that held the kitchen utensils was dirty and it wouldn't close. There was also ants everywhere. Fridges are not very expensive i know the home owners can either clean it or get a new one.
ALSO the images you see of this property are very deceptive this property is under construction so there is a bunch of construction materials everywhere. Around the pool at least when I was there.
