Eccellente. Camere confortevoli e pulite, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno posticipato il check-out e organizzato pure il trasferimento in aeroporto, gratuitamente, rendendoci tutto molto più semplice.

for early breakfast we were told to walk to sister hotel which served from 6.30 am , but having this information in writing up front would have been better.

It was close to the airport and had a shuttle service The mattress and mattress topper looked brand new with no marks Was upgraded complimentary to a sea view Air con & fan in the room Pleasant decoration

Location did not seem safe. Overlooked the sea with a balcony, but the area seemed rough, unclean and unsafe The room and hotel in general was smaller than expected The room didn't feel clean enough with marks and 'bits' all over the floor. Lock on the shower didn't work, the safe didn't work at all and could be removed. Breakfast was a very poor offering. The service was trying to be be over the top welcoming, but I think more focus needs to be put into the hotel itself.
