We arrived from SaPa and the driver had problems finding the place even he is a local. When we finally found the place we had to go through a narrow alley and the first thing we met was a big fat rat. It was quite hard to find the right door and when we finally found it we had to climb narrow stairs to get up to the entrance where we were met by a sign to call the host. After a while 2 ladies came and we told them that some in our group could not climb all those stairs because of old age and weak legs. I cannot imagine myself carry the luggage up there also, good I did not have to try. The ladies told they had another place and we drove there but it was quite old and looked very unclean. We therefore had to abandon our reservation and fortunately no prepayment had been done. The ladies told they had written in the description that it was hard to get to, but I have downloaded the description and I did not see any warning that you have to climb a narrow winding stairwell.
