Easy check in. Lovely coffee area which was very clean although we didn't see any staff if was obviously well kept, stocked with coffee ice water and well maintained. And comfortable with sofas tables and books. Location near Seoul station was excellent making it easy to get around.
No lift ( as stated) but luggage lift available and works well.. bathroom was the wettest we experienced in south Korea, the floor does drain but slowly however bathroom slippers provided to walk on a wet floor. Once used to it it was fine.

On arrival, I was provided with some Korean snacks to try. The place was clean and tidy with a kitchen.
Great location right near Seoul station for all amenities. Air conditioning was a plus. All cleaning and shower supplies are provided. There is a washer/dryer to wash any clothes. Very comfortable stay!
Really hard to find something I didnt like but there was a lot of dust on the air conditioning, which can be solved with a quick dusting.

The apartment was great, clean and well appointed and the beds were really comfortable.
It’s self check in but everything was communicated well.
I would absolutely stay again
The welcome snacks were also a lovely touch
Nothing! The stairs might be tricky for some but we’re fine for us and the luggage lift was great
