Well maintained, great decor, comfortable, modern and we'll provisioned. 2 minutes walk to the Leeds Academy O2
The communal entrance is beautiful but unfortunately it's a sheltered area next to busy bars which makes it an ideal location for an impromptu toilet. On leaving, the elevator looked to have lost a fight with a late night takeaway. Popular with stag and hens, so possibly a regular occurrence, however once in the room there was no evidence of any issues or noise from the surrounding apartments.

Clean, comfortable & super location. Very tasteful & one of the better bookings I’ve had as a seasoned traveller.
A small cafetière would have been handy but that’s it!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Leeds city centre. The location was nice, everything we needed was within walking distance.
The property itself was comfortable and well equipped. The check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.
The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more pleasant stay.
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds!
