This accommodation was excellent, in a great location close to the Old Town and all the places of interest. There were several restaurants, a bakery, cafes nearby and a supermarket a few meters away at the entrance. The first time when you arrive at the accommodation, the entrance is through the Indian restaurant. Check in was easy and hassle free. When we arrived the room was not ready yet so the host Ilija offered us coffee while we waited. That was really thoughtful and nice. We talked to him for a long time and he really was so incredibly friendly and nice. The room itself was very clean, quiet, modern and spacious. The room had a TV, very good air conditioning, safe, kettle and tea, heater, mini fridge and bedside sockets. It was nice that there was also an umbrella available.... when we visited Ljubljana the weather was quite rainy . The beds and bedding were comfortable and great. The bathroom was Spacious enough and very clean. Free toiletries were provided and hairdryer. The shower was excellent and the water pressure was great. I definitely recommend Prenocisca Manna!!

The bathroom towel radiator didn't heat up and because it was raining heavily outside and our clothes were soaking wet I had to dry them with a hairdryer.😉 The TV was too modern for us 🤣 and there were no instructions in the room how to get the channels working... so we were left without a TV. But overall the accommodation was really good !!!!

To be honest, the accommodation is very clean, the staff are friendly and approachable, and the location is very convenient, as it is close to Ljubljana’s city center and major tourist attractions. This accommodation is a good choice for travelers who do not plan to cook, as there is no kitchen available. The room is simply furnished with a heater, a small refrigerator, a small table, and one chair. Fortunately, there is a nearby store where guests can buy food and other essentials.

During the booking process, I received no response to my inquiries for two days. If you are running a business, it is important to respond to customers’ questions and concerns promptly. Since I received no response, I had to contact customer service directly to address my concern. Note: You need to pay the city tax in cash, so make sure to bring enough cash with you, as there is no ATM nearby.

Brilliant location, cannot fault.

Not castle views as described though, small window out onto the street. Unusual set up, rooms all above an Indiana resturant, with the entrance being through an Indian restaurant and up an open staircase. We were told the two businesses were separate. The manager was quite difficult with tourist tax. No card machine so requested cash, when we gave cash, had no change. He asked us to get change from the shop. Would only get change when he was asked to. I would describe him as unhelpful and a little obstructive so we felt uncomfortable. Would not have stayed longer if we had booked.
