We agreed a price for the rental, wifi, (even though that is advertised as 'free') for electricity and a cleaner to come. Then at the end he asks for more money to clean carpets. 1) they are clean, but this is his choice and is not to me to pay. We left the place clean, tidy. He is very rude.
Also asks you cancel the booking after paying him so he doesn't have to pay the commission to booking.com.
