Fantastic location, excellent hospitality, and an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The property was perfectly situated for exploring Istanbul, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and major attractions nearby. What really stood out was how kind and attentive everyone was. I had an issue during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it and make sure I was comfortable. They genuinely cared about my experience, and I really appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again!
There was an initial issue with the air conditioning, but the staff were incredibly responsive and made sure it was resolved. Their willingness to help actually left me with an even better impression of the property.
