The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a traditional Portuguese building, offering beautiful views of the rooftops and open sky. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a cozy double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need — including a toaster, citrus juicer, kettle, coffee machine, and more. Coffee and tea are provided for your convenience, along with fresh linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and other essentials.
You’ll also find an Apple/Android speaker dock station to enjoy your favorite music during your stay.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor of a traditional Portuguese building and is not served by an elevator.

– This is a non-smoking apartment.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- For hot water, please ensure the handle is turned fully to the left before turning on the water, as the heater requires pressure to activate.
– If anything breaks during your stay, please inform me so I can resolve it promptly.
– If you lock the key inside the apartment and need assistance to reopen the door, an additional service fee will apply.
– Do not leave the key in the lock on the inside — doing so will require a professional locksmith service, and you will be responsible for the related costs.

In accordance with Portuguese law, a copy of your passport or ID card(for EU) is required at check-in. You can either send me a photo of each guest’s document in advance, or we can take a photo upon arrival.

When leaving, please lock the apartment and place the key in the key box.
