The beach is truly steps away—about a 1 minute walk behind the property brings you straight to the calm Caribbean Sea. There are two snorkeling reefs right off the beach and also the Folkestone Marine reserve nearby. Swim, snorkel, enjoy water sports, or relax at Kirt’s Beach Bar with one of the island’s best fish cutters.

One of the biggest advantages of this property is its walkability. You’re just minutes from Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, as well as Holetown’s best restaurants, bars, and the lively 1st and 2nd Street area. Inside the complex, it’s peaceful and quiet—yet everything you need is right nearby.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, air fryer, hot water kettle, and more; everything you need for cooking and dining. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and there is separate wifi in the garden, so you can work or relax outside among the greenery.

The outdoor space offers lounge chairs, a shaded dining area with umbrella, and access to a shared BBQ—perfect for enjoying the warm Caribbean evenings.

Housekeeping is available every few days, and staff are on-site daily. The bedroom can be configured as either a king bed or two twins, and the living room includes a pullout sofa for an additional guest. A small desk/work nook is also available in the bedroom.
