Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking views and the cozy atmosphere of our vacation rental. The “Black Pearl” is located on the 13th floor of Building E and offers a spectacular view of Heiligenhafen, the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, and the imposing Fehmarn Sound Bridge. Here, you can enjoy the ever-changing sky and the vastness of the sea at any time of day.
The spacious living area invites you to relax. With a comfortable two-seater sofa and a stylish lounge chair, it’s the perfect place to unwind after an exciting day of vacation. Entertainment is well taken care of: a Blu-ray player, a selection of DVDs, plenty of books, and games offer variety for young and old alike.
The open kitchenette is modern and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are at your disposal. Of course, there is also plenty of dishes and silverware, so you can feel completely taken care of.
For our younger guests, we offer a travel crib and a high chair, both of which can be used free of charge.

The Baltic Sea vacation park is located at the western end of the inland lake and offers a wonderful vacation setting, especially for families. Playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) are right on your doorstep. Restaurants, a bakery, and—for the more active guests—a fitness center are also located in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there are two bike rental shops in the vacation park. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and there’s a great hiking trail leading to the cliffs—depending on the season, you might spot Galloway cattle and their calves there.
Our charming old town is just under 2.5 km away—the best way to get there is to stroll along the inland lake promenade right into the heart of the city. With its traditional fishing harbor, numerous shopping options, delicious restaurants, the “Graswarder” nature reserve, the beautiful beach, and the longest pier on the coast, our little harbor town has a lot to offer.
You can conveniently park your car in the complex’s large shared parking lot—and feel free to leave it there. In the summer, in addition to the regular buses, the Heiligenhafen “Bimmelbahn” (tourist train) runs, allowing you to quickly reach the town, the harbor, or the beach—or you can simply rent a bike from the local bike rental shop. This gives you great flexibility. In general, Heiligenhafen is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Großenbrode in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike straight to Fehmarn.

Description of the bedrooms:
The open sleeping area invites you to relax with a cozy box-spring bed (approx. 160×200 cm—medium-firm mattresses). The separate bedroom opens off the living area and features a single bed (approx. 90 × 200 cm—medium-firm mattress). Both the living room and bedroom have blackout curtains, so even late sleepers can enjoy a good night’s rest.

Bathroom description:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower (curtain). Towels can be conveniently dried on the towel warmer. There is also a hair dryer that you’re welcome to use.

Description of the outdoor area:
The Baltic Sea Vacation Park consists of houses A–Q. Good to know: You can walk all the way around the inside—all the houses are connected to one another. In addition, there are two to three elevators in each entrance that will take you comfortably to your floor. And if the elevator is occupied, you can simply stroll over to the neighboring house and get on there.

At the back of the complex is a large communal parking lot where there’s always been enough space for every car.
At each building entrance, you’ll find spacious storage areas for bicycles*. There are also two bus stops for city transit within the vacation park.
*Please note that there are no lockable bicycle storage rooms available on the property
