This cozy single-roof house features a light-filled living area with an adjoining open kitchen, as well as a small hallway and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor. From the living room, you can step out onto the sun terrace with its own small, fenced-in garden.

The “Am Hohen Ufer” vacation home community is ideally located for anyone who loves a relaxing getaway. The houses are located between 50 and 350 meters from the natural beach. Some of the front-row houses even have direct beach access.

A short walk takes you to the main beach, restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks along the promenade. A bakery, a bike rental shop, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym can also be found within a 1,500-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car right at the house—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, giving you plenty of flexibility. In fact, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: You can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.

The third playground, the adventure playground in town, is also a highlight, featuring exciting climbing structures and a zip line. All three playgrounds are well-equipped and offer children plenty of space to play, while parents can enjoy the fresh air and the proximity to the water
