Our beloved farmhouse is perfect for families with children looking for an immersive nature vacation, as well as couples seeking a romantic getaway. We offer a seasonal outdoor pool, a children’s play area, a barbecue area, and a spacious garden with fruit trees where children can play.
We’re just a 5-minute drive from the lakefront and 10 minutes from the center of Trevignano, a charming lakeside village with plenty of restaurants, gelaterias, and market stalls on the weekends.
If you’d like to explore inland, you can visit picturesque villages like Sutri and Nepi, go biking or horseback riding, relax in natural hot springs, or use this as a base to visit the Eternal City (Rome’s city center is a 35–40-minute drive).

We provide you with all the comforts for an enjoyable stay:
- Kitchen: fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils) and a dining area.
- Living room: TV, a comfortable sofa, fireplace, dining area, library, and games.
- Bedrooms: - Master bedroom with en suite bathroom
- Double room with adjacent bathroom, (the double bed can be converted into two single beds upon request)
- Wooden cottage in the garden with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed for children
- Living room with a sofa bed.

The entire house and outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of our guests, including the wooden cottage, which has heating and air conditioning and can also be used as a play area for children. Activities: an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal: June through September), a spacious garden and outdoor patio, deck chairs and sun loungers, a barbecue area, books and board games for children and adults, and a fireplace (seasonal: November through March).
