The house, approximately 250 m² spread over two floors, offers a welcoming and functional atmosphere, with ample space both inside and out.

One of its greatest attractions is the outdoor area, designed for living outdoors. You'll find a fantastic 4.5 x 8 meter private chlorine pool, sun loungers, a pleasant garden, several terraces, and various cozy corners to relax at any time of day. The large covered porch, approximately 100 m², is perfect for gathering for lunch or dinner together, and next to it is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and dishwasher, ideal for enjoying long evenings al fresco. Facing the pool is a cozy chill-out area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink at sunset.

Inside, the house has three double bedrooms with air conditioning, decorated in a warm and comfortable style. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other two have double beds. In total, the house offers four bathrooms: three en-suite on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. Three bathrooms have showers, and one has a bathtub, making the stay especially comfortable for groups or families.

The living room is a pleasant space to relax after a day at the beach or on an excursion, whether reading, watching satellite TV, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the house. The separate, well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, cooking utensils, a refrigerator with freezer, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as Wi-Fi, a high chair, and a crib.

The villa is located near a road connecting the village of Muro with Can Picafort. In Muro, you'll find a supermarket, a gas station, and several bars and restaurants. Just a 15-minute drive away is Can Picafort, a lively town with a wide variety of services, shops, and restaurants. The fine sandy beach is ideal for families, and numerous beach bars offer delicious cocktails and food. During spring and autumn, the area is perfect for cycling and hiking. In fact, a bicycle is available for your use.
