This privately owned condo sits within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community but is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa — no $25/day resort fee applies.

The Silverado golf courses and main resort pool are not available to condo guests; the spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee — check with the resort for current details. The whole condo is yours, with a private covered balcony off the living room. Punch in the keypad code on arrival; one parking space comes with the unit.

Start your morning with fresh pastries from Silverado Market & Bakery just 0.1 miles away, or enjoy dinner at the on-site Mansion Bar & Terrace. Wine lovers will appreciate being 0.2 miles from Poe Wines and 0.5 miles from Pahlmeyer Winery. For a unique tasting experience, visit the Napa Valley Tasting Barn (0.8 miles) or explore the historic caves at Del Dotto Winery (0.7 miles). When you need groceries, Monticello Deli & Market is 0.9 miles away, while Nob Hill Foods offers a full selection at 2.1 miles. Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. Your condo includes one designated parking space. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo stays naturally cool thanks to the air conditioning system — a real luxury in wine country.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available. The community pool near your condo is open year-round and included in your stay. It is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day and unheated the rest of the year.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• The community pool near your condo is available for refreshing afternoon dips.

• The primary renter must be 25 or older.

• High-speed internet keeps you connected, though you may find yourself preferring the balcony views to screen time.

• Coin-operated laundry facilities are located near the community pool — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.
