The upstairs primary suite has 180-degree water views, a renovated four-piece bathroom with double vanity, and a custom walk-in wardrobe. Hardwood floors throughout, bright open living room, breakfast area off the kitchen, and a separate study with a door for working from home. Central air and in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is rarely an issue: a one-car garage plus four off-street spaces, so five vehicles fit comfortably, with room for a boat or trailer.
