Hop aboard the community shuttle to discover private Sea Colony beaches in the area. A mile away, visit the Marketplace with its restaurants and shops. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was a great 3 bedroom, two bath unit with a large kitchen filled with everything that was needed for cooking meals. Comfortable beds and couches and located on a beautiful pond.

This was a fabulous unit. We've stayed at Sea Colony many times but this was the best unit we've stayed in.

Very nicely decorated and furnished condo, but a couple of major issues to be addressed:
First, the place had a musty smell. Second, the master bed was uncomfortable. More minor is that the shower faucet needs to be fixed so it doesn’t keep popping out.
