Located on the Domaine des Tilleuls, the Gîte de l'Érable is situated between the Gîte du Buis and the Gîte du Prunus, near two other contemporary cottages and three stone cottages. It features a main room with a sleeping area (one 160-bed) and a kitchen/dining area opening onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the pool and the grounds. The entryway leads to the bathroom, a separate toilet, and a sleeping area (two 90-bed beds, one of which is a bunk bed—best suited for two children). The pool, the relaxation area with the spa, and the outdoor facilities (soccer field, badminton court, trampoline, pétanque court, etc.) are available for shared use by residents, along with a large, wooded park. The estate offers easy access to Futuroscope Park and many other attractions.
