The space was designed so that families and small groups can feel comfortable during their stay. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a spacious living and dining area for group gatherings. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds. In addition, there is a single sofa bed for added comfort.

One of the things guests enjoy most is the combination of proximity to the beaches and a peaceful setting for relaxation. The beaches of Puerto Salguero are about a 5-minute walk away, and the beaches of El Rodadero are about 10 minutes away. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the building’s pool or enjoy a quiet meal in the apartment.

Important note: In addition to the reservation fee, the building management requires a payment of 20,000 Colombian pesos for each guest aged 10 or older. This amount must be paid upon arrival by credit card (cash is not accepted).
