The L-shaped kitchen, which features a serving hatch leading to the dining table, is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop with an overhead exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a basic selection of pans, dishes, and silverware.
Youth under 20 years of age with their own sleeping bag may also use the sofa. Additional charge of CHF 10.00 per night, payable in cash at check-in.
The apartment is located in a park with a large pool, which also features a changing room and restroom.

The “Residenza Navengana” is located next to the Navegna stream, where well-maintained footpaths (with stairs in the upper section) invite you to linger and take short walks. Enjoy the wonderfully refreshing microclimate of the stream valley and listen to the soothing sound of the water, even from the balcony and inside the apartment.
Walking down the green Navegna Valley, you’ll reach the shore of Lake Maggiore in just a few minutes on foot, where an enchanting lakeside promenade leads to Locarno.
The famous Ticino valleys of the Maggia, Verzasca, and Onsernone all flow into Lake Maggiore in the Minusio region.
