For a break of calm and authenticity, discover this charming cottage set in an old farm, in the heart of the Cotentin.
Surrounded by nature, this cocoon combines tranquility, comfort and an ideal location for exploring the region. You will enjoy a private terrace with lawn area, perfect for relaxing, as well as parking in a private courtyard.
Only 30 minutes from the west coast, the D-Day landing beaches and Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, the cottage is an ideal starting point to discover the riches of the territory. The Valognes train station (Paris/Cherbourg line) is accessible in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, the greenway invites you to beautiful walks or bike rides. A friendly bar-inn and a bowling alley are just 2 km away.
We welcome you personally and remain available to advise you on the best local addresses and activities.
The accommodation
With a surface area of 60 m², this single-storey cottage (with a few steps at the entrance) offers a comfortable, functional and fully equipped living space.
It includes:
• A pleasant living room with sofa, television and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer...)
• A family room with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm), separated by a large dressing room for more privacy
• A bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a washing machine
The cottage is located near our house. The courtyard is shared with a second gîte.

• Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival
