The apartment is bright and welcoming, featuring three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a big terrace. It is fully furnished and offers air conditioning in the master bedroom and the kitchen/living area. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, a microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included; for stays longer than one week, a complete change is provided. You will also find a washing machine, iron, clothes drying rack on the balcony, and ample free street parking.

The Normans, led by the noble Barresi family, played a significant role in its history. Abbo Barresi, the founder of the Barresi family, built the Norman Castle of Pietraperzia.
