Decorated with bold pops of blue that mirror the Atlantic Ocean below, this beachfront condo at the Plaza Condominiums is a cheerful, comfortable, and well-appointed home base for relaxation in midtown Ocean City.
Inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer to handle all of your laundry needs. There's a fully equipped kitchen, both a living room and a den where you can relax, and a private balcony with a commanding view of the beach and the ocean.
The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

No smoking allowed in any of the condos, on balconies, or on the pool deck
No pets allowed
A $80 non-refundable year around building registration fee is due to the Plaza building at check-in by cash or credit card.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
*Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was a great space would rent again!

This condo has amazing views ans was very clean and perfect for my group. There were enough beds for everyone to have a bed on their own. I definitely will be staying again at this location in the future! The host was incredible with communication and available to answer any questions I had.Although I didnt go to the pool, it looked clean and fun!
